Stay Healthy

Health is the word people are saying nowadays. This is the trend and issue that people are worrying and care to take action about. Why am I saying this? It is not just because of the current trend, it is also because of the need. With the current state of the environment, people just can’t live like those days of our father and mother when they were small. Those days the air is still fresh, technology are still not as advanced, vehicle are not that much till we have to stuck in the jam almost daily. Tough they have financial difficulty, but the health burden is not as much – or I can say the risk is not as high, maybe 30 percent compare to the current health risk of more than 50 percent.

Besides of the trend from the baby boomers (those babies born from year 1946 – 1964), it is also the issue faced by those young once. Those born even at the 80s or 90s also having health problem in anyway. That is why supplementation is needed to make sure the sufficient nutrition is consumed for optimal health, also to protect our body from diseases through providing assistance to our precious immune system.
Through supplementation we won’t get optimal health, supplementation is just a supplement to what we ate daily. We can’t survive by only taking supplementation alone, some form of combination has to be made here. Our daily diet alone is not enough to provide our body with sufficient amount of nutrient, so we need supplement to fill up the gap. Human still need to eat to survive, this is the law and we can’t act against it. For those out there that having diet without eating is the same as committing suicide – please have a healthy diet and proper exercise to lose weight, this is the proper channel.
It is very straight forward, things are made for a reason, trees and forest existed to balance the temperature and to provide a fresher air for us to breathe. Sun existed to warm the earth, water existed for nourishing living things and for us to drink. Although things created for a reason, but things could go wrong due to human activities or other possibilities. Same goes to our body systems where I believe that the cause and effect system applies which is we are what we eat. If we eat good there’s no problem, if we eat bad our body immune system will get deteriorate at times.

Human body is very complicated and hard to understand (for me) but you know that if it went wrong it is for a reason. You have diarrhea is because you ate something dirty or not suitable for you. You headache because of lack of sleep or over exert. You fever maybe because you infected with some bacteria and your body reaction to eliminate it. You have constipation might be caused by drink less water, too much junk food or even consume less fiber.

I have read an email circulation on a health dialogue which written as below;
Liver:  I am the most important human organ, because without me human can’t filter the things they ate.

Kidney:  No, I am the most important organ because without me the dirty substance could not be filtered.

Intestine:  No, no, I am the most important organ because without me the things that human ate can’t be processes and digest.

Then anus was curious and said – You guys will not function properly if I’m not doing my job.

The dialogue above somehow tells the truth. Our internal organs will not function properly if the anus did not do the work. Waste is trapped inside our body and our blood gets dirty. That is why drinking a lot of water is important, eating fiber will help us to pass out too. Besides of that our body still left with chemical and toxic substance from the environment and daily hygienic products that we used. How we going to expel that? We can expel it through urine, sweat and detoxification process. We need to exercise, we drink a lot of water, and we can also take detoxing products like detox green tea, intestinal wash or even the ever popular detox patch.

It is up to you to choose, the options are there for you and it depends on which process suits you. Believe me, you should try it before you made the final decision. It is not advisable to jump into conclusion that this is dangerous or this is useless. Different people will have different needs it won’t be the same for all people. Remember to take care of your body and stay healthy always – Sleep well, drink a lot of water, exercise regularly, and most importantly have a proper and healthy diet.
